簡介:哈爾濱工業(yè)大學管理學碩士學位論文摘要大慶石油服務企業(yè)從賴以生存和發(fā)展的石油生產主業(yè)中分離出來,企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力不足的矛盾更加突出,外部環(huán)境也更加嚴峻和復雜,如何提高技術創(chuàng)新水平成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要問題。為了盡快提高企業(yè)的技術創(chuàng)新能力,石油服務企業(yè)必須形成自己的技術創(chuàng)新模式,這樣才能逐漸縮短國內企業(yè)和國際企業(yè)之間的差異。大慶石油服務企業(yè)是國內石油技術服務行業(yè)中比較有代表性的企業(yè),研究該企業(yè)的技術創(chuàng)新模式對整個石油技術服務行業(yè)都有很重要的實踐意義。本文首先從模式的角度提出技術創(chuàng)新模式的框架結構,分析技術創(chuàng)新模式的內涵、涉及的主體和基本內容。在此框架基礎上,分析了國外石油服務公司的技術創(chuàng)新模式和大慶石油服務企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的技術創(chuàng)新模式,找出大慶石油服務企業(yè)與國外的差距,明確技術創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀。最后,結合技術創(chuàng)新內外環(huán)境的分析,提出大慶石油服務企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新模式的總目標,并提出該模式構建的建議。關鍵詞石油服務企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新模式哈爾濱工業(yè)大學管理學碩士學位論文第1章緒論11問題的提出石油服務企業(yè)是石油工程技術服務企業(yè)的簡稱,主要是指為石油勘探開發(fā)提供工程技術服務和作業(yè)的企業(yè),其業(yè)務主要包括鉆井、測井、錄井、井下作業(yè)等。我國的經濟發(fā)展對石油服務企業(yè)的要求越來越高。從國內經濟發(fā)展對石油供應的要求看,隨著全面建設小康社會的推進和國民經濟的持續(xù)、快速、健康協(xié)調的發(fā)展,油氣資源短缺的矛盾日益突出,己成為制約我國國民經濟和社會發(fā)展的重要因素。今年,我國將成為僅次于美國的世界第二大石油消費國,石油進口量將突破1億噸大關。據(jù)預測,到2010年和2020年,我國石油需求量將分別達到35億噸和45億噸,而目前國內年產油僅為1S億噸,到2020年至多達到2億噸,屆時石油對外依存度將超過50。同時,我們找到的新增探明石油地質儲量中,油藏類型越來越復雜,低滲透和復雜地區(qū)的儲量所占比例越來越高,投入開發(fā)的儲量品質變差,開發(fā)效益也受到嚴重制約。隨著大部分老油田進入老化階段,穩(wěn)產難度增加。國家對石油需求的不斷增加與日趨復雜的油氣勘探開發(fā)對象都給工程技術提出了更高的要求,復雜的勘探開發(fā)地表和地質條件,既為工程技術服務企業(yè)提供了施展才華的舞臺和廣闊的發(fā)展空間,同時也對工程技術提出了更高的要求,這些都需要石油服務企業(yè)提高技術水平。但我國的石油服務企業(yè)是5年前的重組改制逐漸獨立出來的企業(yè),油氣勘探生產系統(tǒng)和工程技術服務系統(tǒng)分離后形成的,與發(fā)達國家相比,我國石油服務企業(yè)起步晚,創(chuàng)新管理方式落后。在經濟發(fā)達的國家,油氣勘探開發(fā)工程技術服務己在專業(yè)化、系列化的道路上走了很多年,且形成了規(guī)模優(yōu)勢,技術服務公司與油公司之間建立了相互支持、共同發(fā)展的默契。盡管幾年來,我國石油服務企業(yè)在經過改制、調整的陣痛后,漸漸找到了自己的位置,盡可能地提高技術服務能力,改善服務質量,但我國的石油服務企業(yè)與國際大型石油企業(yè)之間存在著巨大的差距。從國際勘探開發(fā)技術服務市場的格局看,目前全球地球物理勘探市場份額位于前三位的是西方地球物理公司、地學服務公司和法國地球物理公司。2003年,東方地球物理公司異軍突起,居世界

簡介:由于電力企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)之間存在著特殊性和地域分散性,且是異構的,導致企業(yè)之間難于進行信息共享,影響了電力企業(yè)信息化建設的步伐。WEB服務技術利用開放標準XML、SOAP、WSDL、UDDI能夠真正實現(xiàn)跨技術、跨平臺的組件間通信,為解決不同電力企業(yè)間異構平臺信息集成提供了可能。本文在分析傳統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā)模式和系統(tǒng)集成方法在電力企業(yè)信息集成中所存在的問題的基礎上,提出了一種基于WEB服務的電網線路信息集成方案,并針對企業(yè)間信息集成的實際情況,研究了XML、WSDL、UDDI等WEB服務關鍵技術在電網線路信息集成中的應用,給出了一個線路信息集成系統(tǒng)實例并實現(xiàn)。
