簡介:華中師范大學碩士學位論文論高等職業(yè)技術教育的發(fā)展姓名朱植剛申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)行政管理指導教師劉筱紅200111⑧\/碩士學位論丈Ⅵ、STERSTITES【‘高職教育應貫徹產(chǎn)教結合的原則,加強實驗實習基地建設。高職學校就實行職業(yè)教育與生產(chǎn)勞動相結合,學校與企業(yè)相結合,貫徹以能力為本位的教學思想,建立符合教學要求的實習基地,加強實踐教學,增加學生實際動手能力,把學生培養(yǎng)成為生產(chǎn)、建設、管理、服務等等第一線工作的高級技術應用型人才。其次,健全和提高高職教育的學歷教育體系。擴大中職生對口升入高職的比例,優(yōu)秀高職學員可以通過考試,“專升本”,并可繼續(xù)報考研究生高職教育應有本科乃至碩士、博士研究生層次。最后,調整教育結構,創(chuàng)新教育模式,擴大招生,拓寬就業(yè)渠道。高等職業(yè)技術院校要以市場為導向,面向社會擴大招生,調整專業(yè)結構,其專業(yè)設置應當根據(jù)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及社會的需要和本校的辦學條件來決定,降低收費標準,學生實行勤工儉學,畢業(yè)生實行學校推薦就業(yè)和個人自主擇業(yè)相結合,根據(jù)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)謀生的需要,我認為,應該是先謀生,再成長;先就業(yè),后擇業(yè),拓寬就業(yè)渠道。這樣,高職學校才有辦學活力,才能夠擴大規(guī)模,成長壯大。我國的高等職業(yè)教育就能夠健康發(fā)展。高等職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的重要部分,是振興國家經(jīng)濟的保證,正面臨著一個大好的發(fā)展時機,研究中國高職教育發(fā)展的要求,探討高職發(fā)展的改、革思路,是二十一世紀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和高等教育發(fā)展的客觀要求。I關鍵詞高職教育教育發(fā)展。

簡介:山東師范大學碩士學位論文濰坊市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學校學生心理健康教育開展現(xiàn)狀的調查姓名李惠文申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導教師張文新20041020摘要目前,從全國的調查研究來看,青少年學生的心理健康狀況不容樂觀。教育部先后頒布了關于中小學生心理健康教育指導綱要和中等職業(yè)學校學生心理健康教育指導綱要,這為我們開展學生心理健康教育理論和實踐研究提供了綱領性文件,但目前存在著重理論、輕實踐、重普通高校和中小學、輕職業(yè)學校的不良傾向。本文正是在這種背景下,專門對濰坊市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學校學生心理健康教育狀況展開調查,旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,找出規(guī)律,以便為各級教育行政部門和各類職業(yè)學校的心理健康工作提供參考。本文采用問卷和訪談的方法,對山東省濰坊市區(qū)的中等職業(yè)學校隨機抽取的123名教職工和590名學生進行了學校心理健康教育狀況及相關情況的調查,通過SPSS統(tǒng)計分析,得出以下結論1濰坊市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學校的教師和學生對一TL理健康基本常識了解不夠,亟待通過心理健康教育來普及基本知識。2學校尤其是學校領導還沒有充分認識到學校心理健康教育工作的意義和作用,對實際工作重視程度不夠。3學校心理健康教育從教人員的學歷層次不高,無專業(yè)背景,對心理健康教育的知識和技能掌握不夠,幾乎沒有參加過系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)技能培訓。4大部分學校沒有用于心理健康教育的機構和設施,僅有的少量設施也僅供擺設而己。5大部分中等職業(yè)學校尚未開展系統(tǒng)的心理健康教育工作極個別開展了類似工作的學校在工作中存在形式主義、學科化傾向、德育化傾向,心理健康測評不科學,影響了心理健康教育工作的實效性。

簡介:THESISFORMSOFCENTRALSOUTHUNIVERSITYRESEAREHOFTHE勺BEATIONALEDUEATIONNETWORKCOURSESPEEIALITYRCSC盯CHDIRCCTIOFLPOSTGRADUATETLLTOFSEDUEATIONALTECHNOLOGYNETWORKEDUCATIONTECHNOLOGYCSU,CHANGSHA,HUNANNOV,2006摘要隨著人類社會步入知識經(jīng)濟與信息時代,通訊與信息技術CIT‘一一COMMUNIEATIONANDHIFMATIONTEEHNOLOGY強有力地沖擊著社會的各個角落。作為教育事業(yè)中與經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展最直接、最密切的職業(yè)教育已越來越被社會所關注。而在網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下,如何高質量、高效率的開發(fā)符合職業(yè)教育教學、具有鮮明職業(yè)特色的網(wǎng)絡課程,在深化職業(yè)教育的改革過程中也就顯得尤為重要。本文研究的重點是如何通過各種現(xiàn)代教育技術手段和現(xiàn)代教育教學理念來設計開發(fā)適合于職業(yè)教育的網(wǎng)絡課程。在調查研究了相對發(fā)達國家在職業(yè)教育領域的一些成功經(jīng)驗和我國職業(yè)教育教學網(wǎng)絡課程建設中的不足之處的基礎上,遵循我國職業(yè)教育改革的方向,從網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下職業(yè)教育受眾的學習特性與社會現(xiàn)實需求分析入手,探討構建職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡課程的目標與組織原則。在隨后的研究工作當中,通過對比分析了幾種學習理論后,提出了以“建構主義”學習理論作為課程建設的指導思想,并探討了如何將該類教學設計思想有機的溶入到具體課程開發(fā)設計當中。在整個研究過程當中,通過實驗研究的方法,將理論研究得出的成果有效地應用于一具體職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡課程中加以實現(xiàn)。論文在第五章中陳述了這一應用以及實現(xiàn)的過程。文章最后對本次研究工作進行了,總結與展望。關鍵詞職業(yè)教育,網(wǎng)絡課程,建構主義
