3、’s socialist modernization. Therefore, by understanding the physical health condition of college students nowadays, to explore the influence factors of college students' physical health, take some feasible measures t

4、o improve our students' physical quality, is very important. At the same time, it puts forward practical and feasible suggestions for the development of students' physical health, and provides a scientific theore

5、tical basis for the policy-making of the education department. 580 schoolboys and 378 schoolgirls, totally 958 students are from 5 colleges in Ningxia region are selected through adopting the cluster sampling method. The

6、 college students’ physical condition in Ningxia region is selected as the research object. The literature material method, test method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and c

7、omparison method are adopted hereof in this paper. The college students’ physical condition in Ningxia region is acquired through carrying out the statistical analysis of the result of physical health test for college st

8、udents in Ningxia, of the questionnaire result of college physical education current status and of the interview record. Additionally the major factors affecting the Ningxia college students’ physical health condition ar

9、e grasped. 1. The standard-meeting rate of Ningxia overall college students’ physical health condition is mainly reached as being passed and being good. The rate of being passed reaches 78.71%, whereas the rate of being

10、 good is merely 11.17%. 2. The overall physical condition of college students in Ningxia is good. In view of the standard-meeting rate data, 7.76% schoolboys are low in weight, and 3.70% schoolgirls are low in weight, w

11、hich indicates that more boys have malnourished condition than girls. Additionally 16.38% boys and 10.05% girls are being overweighed or fat. Given all the information, more boys are low and high in weight than girls. 3
