4、fmedtodetectgenesdifferentiallyexpressedbetweentheovariesofMeishanDurocsowsffurtherstudyonthemolecμlarmechanismofovμlationregμlatywk.Themainresultsareasfollows:ThreeMeishanthreeDurocsowswithnmalestruscyclesreproductivepe

5、rfmancewereed.TheovariantissueswerecollectedatProestrusstagethentotalRNAofsampleswereisolatedtwoRNApoolsweremadeup.DDRTPCRreactionswereperfmedbyusing90primerscombinationsof9anchedprimerscoupledwith10arbitraryprimers.Thir

6、teendifferentiallyexpressedExpressedSequenceTags(ESTs)wereobtainedsequenced.SequencealignmentswereperfmedusingBLASTofNCBIonline.FiveofthirteenESTrepresentedknowngenes.TheyweredesignatedasEST511(216bp)EST141(495bp)EST142(

7、104bp)EST64(202bp)EST33(244bp).EST511showedhighhomology(98%)withGlutamatecysteineligase.EST141washomologoushighlywithpigADPribosylationfact3(ARF3)gene(93%)EST142showedhighhomology(97%)withpigBCL2adenovirusE1B19kDainterac

8、tingprotein3like(BNIP3L)EST64washighlyhomologous(99%)withpigsuperoxidedismutasegotein(SuperoxideDismutaseSOD)EST33showedextremlyhighhomology(100%)withpigBMPactivinmembraneboundinhibit.OtherESTshadnosignificantsimilarityf
