4、esultsbutalsotheadoptionofawiderperspectivethatwillaidindefiningfuturelinesofactionintheHRMfield.ThusHRauditingmustperfmtwobasicfunctions[Cantera1995].Firstitmustbeamanagementinfmationsystemwhosefeedbackprovidesinfmation
5、aboutthesituationindertofacilitatethedevelopmentofmanagingprocessesthedevelopmentofHR.Ontheotherhitmustbeawayofcontrollingevaluatingthepoliciesthatarebeingappliedaswellastheestablishedprocesses.Itcanbeunderstoodthatinder

8、led.Theauditshouldverifyifthefirm’spoliciespracticesdocumentsregardingemployeehiringretentiondisciplineterminationpostemploymentarebothfairlegal.Thesepracticespoliciesmust:prohibitdiscriminatedagainstonthebasisofagecarry
9、outminimumwagescontainprovisionsregardingmentaldisabilitiesreasonableaccommodationsfdisabledwkers.AccdingtoNevadothebasicfunctionsoftheauditifconfmityofperfmanceasanelementofHRauditingarethreefold.Thefirstfunctionisexami
