3、undation for Taoism ecological aesthetics. “Taoism“ is purposeless and unconscious.All things naturally survive under the driving force of “Taoism”. The philosophical concept of “Taoism follows nature” directly interpre

4、ts a harmonious relationship between human and nature.The point of regarding “nature” as the highest level of all existences, which is of aesthetic significance. It is the same as Confucianism that Taoism ecological aest

5、hetics thoughts hold the idea of “harmony between human beings and nature”. However, the idea of “harmony between human beings and nature” in Taoism is based on basic relationship of nature. Taoists believe that if peopl

6、e can achieve to be harmonious with nature, then people will be able to be harmonious with universe.Taoism is a kind of philosophy with freedom,which deeply affects Taoists’ understandings on people. The freedom that Tao

7、ist advocated points to freedom of thoughts, tells people how to fully develop themselves and their essence, in order to all-round release themselves.Human beings’ ecological existence is a philosophical question, at the

8、 same time, it is also an aesthetic question. The generation of Taoism ecological aesthetics thoughts has profound social, political and historical background. Taoists were grieving over social unrest, so they struggled

9、 to find a road to develop society and be out of the dilemma. However,Taoist bemoaned the broken society, so found another way out.Luckily, historical changes provoke Taoists’ yearns for harmony, freedom, ecology and spi

10、ritual freedom.Thus the temperament of Taoism main representatives to respect nature and pursue spiritual freedom becomes a power of generating Taoism ecological aesthetics. Therefore, Taoists designed a beautiful pictur

11、e for nature, society and human beings.Taoists believed that nature was born according to the “Taoism”, it was free, simple and natural. Artificial excessively excavation would destroy its beauty. Like nature, the deve

12、lopment of society should also be required to take its course and without interfere, so that this harmonious society will be a moral society. The whole community needs to create more spiritual values, to meet people'
