2、作以提高知識技能水平，為此本文做以下分析與研究。本文以建莊礦業(yè)集團實際業(yè)務需求為背景， 在對其企業(yè)員工目前培訓及考核工作中存在的問題進行分析后，從軟件體系角度出發(fā)，采用模塊化設計思想和低耦合的交互方式，設計并開發(fā)了煤礦智能培訓考核系統(tǒng)，本文完成了系統(tǒng)需求分析、設計、實現(xiàn)以及測試等工作。該系統(tǒng)主要分為培訓及考核兩個模塊，實現(xiàn)了在線培訓、在線考試、自動組卷、出題管理、策略管理、考核管理、日志管理等功能。并且系統(tǒng)還實現(xiàn)了權限選擇與登錄模塊的功

3、能，對用戶的訪問權限進行分配。系統(tǒng)完成后， 對系統(tǒng)的功能及性能進行有效的測試， 測試結果表明該系統(tǒng)功能完整，性能良好，運行穩(wěn)定，人機交互友好，可以滿足企業(yè)對員工的培訓考核要求，能夠達到預期的設計目標。由于該系統(tǒng)的組卷模塊使用了隨機算法，雖然可以提高組卷效率，但無法良好的實現(xiàn)考核試題的合理分配，為此本文提出了對組卷模塊的改進建議，將遺傳算法應用在組卷模塊中以實現(xiàn)試題的均衡調整，并對提出的算法進行建模以及仿真驗證。關 鍵 詞：考核系統(tǒng)；組卷
