2、M一、概述： 一、概述：General空調(diào)及通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中需要采用預(yù)隔熱螺旋風(fēng)管、單層螺旋風(fēng)管、鍍鋅薄板矩形風(fēng)管、板材焊接風(fēng)管（鋼質(zhì)風(fēng)管）及通風(fēng)附件等，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，落實(shí)風(fēng)管及附件規(guī)格型號(hào)、數(shù)量，采用螺旋風(fēng)管、鍍鋅方風(fēng)管或板材焊接風(fēng)管，嚴(yán)格按風(fēng)管制作工藝和規(guī)范要求執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)安裝。The air conditioner and ventilation system shall adopt the pre-insulated spiral air

5、風(fēng)管制作 三、風(fēng)管制作Manufacture the air duct(1) 鍍鋅矩形風(fēng)管Galvanized rectangle air duct鍍鋅矩形風(fēng)管連接可采用翻邊、鉚接和焊接，風(fēng)管與角鋼法蘭連接時(shí)，風(fēng)管壁厚小于 1.5mm，一般采用翻邊鉚接，翻在法蘭的外側(cè)，用角尺靠在風(fēng)管的縱向折角邊上，使風(fēng)管中心線與法蘭平面保持垂直，翻邊的尺寸應(yīng)為 6-9mm。法蘭用料規(guī)格較小的可取上限值，規(guī)格較大的取下限值，防止翻邊卡住螺孔，影響組裝，咬
