    • 簡介:升奠“一一一一岔瓤一IJDC一一番”教YUNNANNORMALUNIVERSLTY職業(yè)教育新理念下的養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)教學模式研究“七段式教學法”在養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)中的應用珂『究ARESEARCHC111THETEACHINGMODEOFSIIKWOLNLBREEDINGTECHNIQUECOLU。SEUNDEL‘THENEWPRINCIPLEOFTHEVOCATIONEDUM_ITIA學院生命科學學墮專業(yè)名稱墊宣塹研究方向一生塹堂研究生姓名段為群學號2_】613導師姓名王政昆職稱教授導師姓名王重力職稱教堂2006年5月1日職業(yè)教育新理念下的養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)教學模式研究“七段式教學法”在養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)中的應用研究摘要近年來國外職業(yè)教育以人為本,發(fā)展迅速,產(chǎn)生了許多新的教育理念。而國內(nèi)的職業(yè)學校卻普遍面臨就業(yè)形勢低迷,學生素質(zhì)下降,學習興趣不高,社會適應性較弱等問題。本研究結(jié)合目前世界中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展趨勢及形成的職業(yè)教育理念,依次分析了我國、我省中等職業(yè)教育以及蠶桑專業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢和面臨的困境,并對蠶桑專業(yè)原有的教學模式進行了反思,認為原有教學模式存在教學內(nèi)容與生產(chǎn)相脫節(jié),理論教學與實踐教學相分離,學生在學習上缺乏主動性,動手能力弱,社會適應性不強等現(xiàn)象。從世界職業(yè)教育改革趨勢所關(guān)注的STWSCHOOLTOWORK問題、倡導以學生為中心的理念、注重“綜合職業(yè)能力”的培養(yǎng)、整合學校學習和生產(chǎn)學習中得到啟發(fā),提出了在養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)課程中應用融學校教學與社會生產(chǎn)實習、理論教學與實踐教學為一體的“七段式教學法”的初步設(shè)想。將“促進學生職業(yè)能力形成”作為指導思想,本著理論教學與實踐教學并重,共同為培養(yǎng)學生的崗位能力服務(wù)的原則,重新取舍編排了養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)課程的教學內(nèi)容,將養(yǎng)蠶生產(chǎn)中涉及到的基礎(chǔ)理論與基本技能,劃分成四個模塊,將整門課的教學過程劃分為七個階段,不同階段根據(jù)教學內(nèi)容和學生學習特點采用不同的教學方法,使理論和技能的學習、鞏固、強化、應用融為一體,逐層推進,螺旋上升。做到教學與生產(chǎn)結(jié)合,學習圍繞生產(chǎn)展開,幫助學生學懂、學實。同時,還確立了理論評價與技能評價分開,注重形成性評價和社會生產(chǎn)實踐評價的評價體系。最后,在對學生職業(yè)資格鑒定成績和問卷調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從學生的“五個轉(zhuǎn)變”、教師的“兩個有利于”、學校與專業(yè)的“一個提高”及與原有教學模式的比較等幾個方面對“七段式教學法”教學模式進行了分析和總結(jié),并提出在應用“七段式教學法”模式教學時需要注意的幾個方面和今后需進一步探討的問題。關(guān)鍵詞中等職業(yè)學校;養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)課程;模式研究
